ISELA ESPINOZA

BIO

Isela Espinoza fell in love with dance at age 3 and dreamed of being the best dancer she could be! She studied for years, danced on her high school dance team and finally joined a local All Star Dance Organization led by Hollie and Heather Bettencourt hoping to gain confidence, improve her technique and hewn her competitive edge.  She was successful… at age 17 she became part of the dance group known as ‘Takeover’ which would later become the opening act for Aaron Carter’s concert bookings and a short year later she became a Warrior Girl Dancer for the NBA Basketball Team the Golden State Warriors working with acclaimed choreographer Ronnie Reddick among others.  After two years as a Warrior Dancer, Isela moved to San Francisco and joined Mr. Reddick’s hot new Dance Company, La Femme Panache, which headlines venues around the San Francisco Bay Area, and the dance group 8 Count Entertainment, which appears in various music videos and dances backup live at performances for several up and coming hip hop and contemporary musical artists.  When she’s not dancing Isela is not idle, she is studying for advanced degrees in Social and Behavioral Science and Business Administration at California State University, San Francisco.
